Please note: Beginning with the 2nd Marking Period, report cards WILL NOT be distributed to students unless specifically requested. With continual access to grades available through the Parent Portal of Power School (login information was sent in a prior mailing) student progress can be monitored continually.

Please be active on the Portal and familiarize yourself with it, as more school communication will be filtered through this medium.

Please feel free to call your child’s guidance counselor for assistance or additional information.

If school is closed, then exams will be pushed back one day.  For example, if school is closed January 24th, then the period 3 & 7 exams will be moved to Wednesday, January 25th and the Period 4 & 8 exams will be moved to Thursday, January 26th, and so forth.

If inclement weather forces delayed openings among our sending districts, we may have difficulty administering the first exam on these days.  If this should occur, for example, the first exam will be  administered during the study period (times to be adjusted).  The lunch period will also be adjusted.

If we postpone an exam due to an EXCESSIVE delayed opening, the exam will be rescheduled for Monday, January 30.

Please keep in mind that this is our alternating day schedule with adjustments.  The deadline for grades will be adjusted accordingly.

Our goal is to administer the mid-terms on the scheduled dates.  The possibility of inclement weather, however, makes it necessary to be prepared for all eventualities.
