March 9, 2008
- Dance-A-Thon
       – is THIS FRIDAY, 3/14 !!! Bring your pledges !!!
- CSH prom dance
       - HIPPA forms due ASAP
       - Meeting after school on Thursday to make decorations
       - Prom is this Saturday! Wear aqua KC shirts.
       - Dance is from 2-5pm. Helpers needed at 1pm to set up.

February 7, 2008
- CSH prom dance
       - Will be visiting hospital on Feb. 21st
       - Prom will be Saturday, March 15th
       - Theme - Under The Sea
       - Only 20 people can attend prom
       - Decoration help needed soon
- Relay For Life
       – Kickoff is tonight!!!
- Dance-A-Thon
       – Theme - Mardis Gras
       - Committee meeting on Monday (Feb. 11) Lunch A
       - Dance will be 7 hours from 3-10pm
- District Convention
       - Feb. 13th - $50 deposits and permission slips due
       - Feb. 26th - Total Convention payments due – Kristi is collecting artwork for the Fisher House Foundation Fundraiser (please have by April 15th)
- Key Leader is Oct. 6-8, start thinking about it if you plan on attending
- Club elections held end of Feb!!!

January 17, 2008
- CSH prom dance
       - Will be setting a date when they visit in Feb.
       - Committee meeting soon after school so they can start making things.
- Fish Fry
       – Feb 6th
       - 2 shifts: 3-5 and 5-7, 15 people per shift
- Relay For Life
       – Feb 7th is kickoff date
       – Talk to Ashley if you’re interested in participating or leading a group
- Dance-A-Thon
       – Date changed to March 14th
       - Need people to bake and chaperone
       - We're going to try to have 2 pizza parties to raise money to get a DJ
- Coat drive
       – Melissa – let her know how many you’re donating
- Lena – running pencil project bringing pencils to 3rd world countries – there will be a box in 77
- Club elections held end of Feb!!! If you want to run talk to any officers
- If you're interested in holding a District club office, talk to Tom - you will also have to attend Mid-Winter Training in March.
- Melissa won LTG for Division 8 next year!!!!! She is also January's Key Clubber of the Month :) Congrats!!
- Senior scholarship applications due in March – talk to Tom
- Tom’s running for NJ District Governor for next year!!!
- District Convention
       - April 11-13th
       - Requirements – must attend 80% of meetings, upperclassmen must post 50 hours (30 hours for freshman), and must participate in a major event.
       - We need people to post hours on the BBS if they haven’t already.
       - We also need people who are willing to do the scrapbook, poster, and video competitions.
       - There will be a Walk at convention to benefit CSH – if you know any businesses willing to donate please talk to them.
       - Bus costs went up – we are splitting the buses with a school in Freehold.
       - Mr. E expects Conventon to cost around $250 per person.
       - Pretzels fundraiser will only reduce costs of the people who participated.
