There are two experienced guidance counselors, Mrs. Kay and Mr. Spakowski, at M.A.S.T. to help students succeed in high school and plan for their immediate futures. In general, Mrs. Kay handles students grades 9 through 12 whose last names begin with letters found in the first half of the alphabet; Mr. Spakowski deals with those students whose names begin with letters which fall in the second half.
Students may make appointments to see their counselors in person or through the school's email system. Parents are welcomed to call the school to make an appointment or to email them. Mrs. Kay may be reached at (732) 291-0995 ext. 403, and Mr. Spakowski may be reached at (732) 291-0995 ext. 406. To email either of them, just click on their names: Mrs. Kay or Mr. Spakowski.
Information on career and college choices, guidance events, personality surveys, resume building, etc., is now available on the Naviance website. Students receive login information from their M.A.S.T. guidance counselors.
